Two words. It works. I am 51 years old and have always loved my sport, but age was catching up with me and the pounds were starting to pile on and I had lost a great deal of strength. Over the 100 days I met some fabulous people and, I kid you not, returned to the fitness levels of my 20s, as did my waistline. The staff are very friendly, they make you feel welcome and there’s a positive nonjudgmental atmosphere there, which I have not ever experienced before and is extremely refreshing. I personally felt so encouraged by a great lady trainer there called Alex, who helped me build on my self confidence, plus gave me the self belief that I could actually reach my goals. Highly recommended to all, no matter shape you are in, what stage you are at, or age.
