Talk with A Coach About Your Goals and Learn How The Mighty 100 Can Get You To Your Best Self.

2. START YOUR TRAINING

You have defined your goals and you are ready to begin your journey. We will start you strong by taking you through the fundamentals of training and sound habits putting you on the road to success before launching you into one of our award winning challenges or programs.

3. HAVE FUN REACHING NEW LEVELS

Once you have the basics down you’ll book classes and personal training easily, enjoy the workouts, support structure and nutritional practise with awesome people, reaching your goals in no time!

The Mighty One Hundred gets its members laser-focused on the simple actions that create big results. We help busy over-thinkers simplify and get results. It’s easy to get hung-up on shiny objects from all directions and lose the ability to tell the difference between signal and noise.

The average persons attention span is 14 seconds, with planning rarely exceeding this month. As a result you become anxious and reactive, trying to do everything to make sure you cover all the bases. You begin to see your life and goals as a giant tangled knot of chaos.

During your time with us you’ll have laser focus that will keep you on task knowing your plans are long-term. You will find our members doing. They are deliberate, hard-working, see goals clearly and always win.

OUR CURRENT SCHEDULE

Our classes are 45 min and will encompass warmup, the workout, cool down, and discussion. We ask that all those scheduled to attend class be on time.
